The therapy I practice is known as Flowsophy. Flowsophy is a therapeutical approach that I created that balances Eastern Psychology and Western Psychology.
Flowsophy is also a collaborative work between the two of us. Whether working through anxiety, depression, meaninglessness, or addictions, therapy aims to bring up insight by remembering the ignored parts of ourselves or parts of ourselves that we want to explore.
In the therapy room, I create a safe and compassionate space where the words we speak are sacred and vital. Flowsophy aims to create balance and abundance in your life.
